Terms & Conditions


The Client shall pay a deposit of 30% of the Total Amount when making the reservation.

The remaining balance is due 15 days before the program begins. If any payment is not made within the times set forth herein, (Taller projectes oci S.A.L.) may treat the contract as canceled, and the usual refund terms shall apply (see below).


All payments must be received in Euros and in full exclusive of any bank charges incurred. In the event of errors or omissions in a proposal or where an increase is caused by a change in circumstance, reserves the right to amend quoted prices with notice given to the client.


Cancellation must be made in writing by the person who has made the booking. Any such notice will become effective from the date of receipt by (Taller projectes oci S.A.L.)

Private tours Cancellation charges per person will be levied as:

Working days prior to program start date:

  • Between 30 and 15 days: loss of deposit
  • Less than 15 days: 75% of total cost
  • Less than 10 days: 100% of total cost

Partial Cancellation charges

  • If the decrease of participants is done with less than 48 hours, it will be considered as a no-show (100% of total cost)
  • If the decrease of participants is done with more than 48 hours, Total Price will be recalculated for the final number of participants.

Scheduled tours cancellation charges per person will be levied as:

Working days prior to program start date:

  • Between 24 and 48 hours: 30% of total price per person
  • Less than 24 days: it will be considered a no-show (100% of total cost)

Any cancellation refund will take into account the service management and procurement costs of the financial institution that currently hover from 2% to 4% of the amount of the reservation.

There are a few specific exceptions to the above, please verify these terms at the time of booking if there are any doubts.


All tours and experiences are offered subject to availability. Confirmation of availability is not valid until received in writing by us. Pre-reservation of an event can be made on receipt of a partial payment. Confirmation of an event booking can then only be guaranteed on receipt of full payment.


A credit card authorization is required for some programs as security against property loss or damage and unpaid telephone and/or utility or other charges.


For payment, we accept bank transfers and most major credit cards, including American Express (Note that for this credit card there is a 3 percent surcharge.)

Please note that because of daily currency fluctuations, the final billing price reflected on your credit-card statement may vary from any currency conversions calculated at an earlier date.


We recommend that you have travel insurance, should you be unable to attend your activity and thus lose your deposit, activity and/or accommodation payments, as well as other travel costs. is neither liable nor responsible for these losses or costs.


Some of activities are weather dependent. If weather conditions are extreme to the extent that we deem it necessary to cancel a tour you will be able to rebook for another date but your rebooked experience remains subject to weather conditions. In the case that a suitable alternative date cannot be agreed, a partial or full refund will be made depending on the activity.

If a customer arbitrarily decides to cancel an activity due to weather conditions which are unpleasant but do not affect the safety of an activity, the above mentioned cancellation fees will stand.

RESPONSIBILITY provide means of fully insured and licensed transportation, and act as agents contracting hotels, meals, or other services and receipts issued are subject to all terms and conditions under which such services are offered or provided. The acceptance of all such documents shall be deemed as consent. Further, shall assume no responsibility in any way for any injury, loss, accident, or delay that may be caused by either reason or default of any company, agent or person engaged in carrying our arrangements for the tour. Further no responsibility can be accepted for any additional expenses incurred by the passengers due to delays, omissions, rerouting, changes in the schedule of the airlines or other events resulting from improper documents carried by the passenger, or by any act of government or any authority, strikes, civil disturbances, political unrest, and any act or omission or event while the passengers are not aboard their conveyances. The passenger contract in use when issued by the airline/s concerned shall constitute the sole contract between the airline and the purchaser of this tour and/or other passengers.


We strive for complete accuracy in our listings and all associated information, but we cannot be held responsible for unintentional published errors regarding details, dates or prices of activities and tours. Nor can we be held responsible for variations in your final billing cost via credit card due to variations in exchange rates. Also, we reserve the right to adjust activities prices in the event of substantial currency fluctuations or changes made by the operators of activities or tours. Courses confirmed by payment of a deposit, of activity, are not affected.


CasinoGourmet.comand its Client agree that this contract shall be governed by SPANISH law, and that exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising out of this contract shall be in the courts located in Barcelona, Spain.
